How does SPAGETI work?
Pick your 3 big things for the day, then work on one at a time. Start a block, and SPAGETI times it and offers a real break when it ends. You can also start a block without picking anything, or add a quick "right now" task.
I bought SPAGETI Pro but it's locked
Open Settings, tap the SPAGETI Pro row, then tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. Pro works on all your devices under that account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings and Subscriptions. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My tasks aren't syncing between devices
- iCloud sync is part of SPAGETI Pro.
- Check that each device is signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on.
- Open SPAGETI on both devices and give it a minute. Sync happens in the background.
I'm not getting break alerts
SPAGETI needs permission to send notifications. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, Notifications, SPAGETI. On Mac, go to System Settings, Notifications, SPAGETI. Also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing it.
Widgets, the menu bar and Apple Watch
- Add a widget from your Home Screen or the Mac desktop by editing widgets and searching for SPAGETI.
- On Mac, the bowl in the menu bar shows your timer. Click it to start, pause or end a session.
- The Apple Watch app installs from the Watch app on your iPhone and follows the timer on your phone.
Privacy
SPAGETI doesn't collect your data. Everything stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. Read the full privacy policy: SPAGETI Privacy Policy.
